Meet our team providing community-based rehabilitation in Vancouver and the Fraser Valley

Our occupational therapists have the expert knowledge that is needed to provide excellent care to our clients, and assist them with maximizing independence after injury or disability. They are registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia (COTBC). The COTBC is the governing body responsible for regulating the practice of occupational therapy in the province.

Wendy Tse

Wendy is the founder and director of Rehab Solutions, which was established in 1996. She has been practicing occupational therapy for over 20 years. In 2006, she received her certification in Life Care Planning, through the Commission on Health Care Certification. She is involved in committee work with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists, and is a Clinical Faculty Member with the Department of Occupational Science & Occupational Therapy at UBC. Wendy provides community based occupational therapy services to clients with brain injuries and orthopaedic conditions. She has considerable experience working in brain injury rehabilitation, and has a special interest in ergonomics and vocational rehabilitation. Wendy is based in Surrey, and covers the geographical area between East Vancouver and Surrey.

Brenda Robinson

Brenda has been an occupational therapist for 40 years. In 1996, she obtained a certificate in continuing care management from Vancouver Community College. She joined Rehab Solutions in 1998. Brenda provides community-based occupational therapy services to clients with orthopaedic and soft tissue injuries. Her special interests include: vocational rehabilitation and ergonomics, as well as geriatrics and equipment prescription including power mobility. Brenda is based in New Westminster, and covers Vancouver and the surrounding municipalities eastward, including Delta.

Caroline Cotton

Caroline has been an occupational therapist for over 23 years and joined Rehab Solutions in 1998. She provides community-based occupational therapy services to clients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and orthopaedic conditions. She has considerable experience working in brain injury rehabilitation and mental health. Caroline’s special interest include: home health, geriatrics, and equipment prescription including power mobility. She is based in Langley and covers Vancouver to Chilliwack.

Marette Williams

Marette has been an occupational therapist for over 37 years. In 1999, she obtained her Certificate in Ergonomics. In 2006 she obtained her certification as a Certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads University. She had over 12 years of work experience with private disability insurers and home care, prior to working with Rehab Solutions. Marette joined Rehab Solutions in 2006. Marette provides community-based occupational therapy services to clients with orthopaedic injuries, mental health issues, and brain injury. She has a special interest in vocational rehabilitation, and has extensive experience with helping her clients return to work. She is based in South Surrey, and covers North Delta, Surrey, Langley, and White Rock.

Jessica Leung

Jessica joined Rehab Solutions in 2011. She has had a variety of experiences internationally, which has prepared her to work with the diversity of cultures in the Greater Vancouver area. Jessica provides community based occupational therapy services to clients with orthopaedic conditions and brain injuries throughout the continuum from hospital discharge to return to work. Jessica speaks conversational Cantonese, and also has a strong interest in working with youth. She is based in East Vancouver and covers all of Vancouver and the surrounding municipalities, including New Westminster and North Delta.

Christelle Ribaille

Christelle has been practicing occupational therapy for 3 years, and joined Rehab Solutions in 2011. She has considerable experience working with school aged children who have physical and developmental disabilities. Christelle provides community based occupational therapy services to paediatric clients with orthopaedic conditions and brain injuries. Her special interest is in brain injury rehabilitation. Christelle is fluent in French. She covers the Vancouver area.

Amit Kumar

Amit has been an occupational therapist for over 12 years and joined Rehab Solutions in 2011. Prior to working with Rehab Solutions, he established the occupational therapy department in the residential and day hospital at his previous job in Ireland; lead group education sessions on a variety of topics, such as falls prevention, ergonomics, lifting and transfer techniques, and assertiveness training; and did hospital discharge planning work in the community. Amit provides community based occupational therapy services to clients with brain injuries and orthopaedic conditions. He works with clients throughout the continuum from hospital discharge to return to work. He is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, and Bengali. Amit is based in Surrey, and covers the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley to Abbotsford.
